Jen helps Tofugu run smoothly and also oversees Customer Support. She spent a few years as a CIR in Japan through the JET program and worked in the localization industry before joining the team remotely. Away from Tofugu, Jen tries to enjoy the best of the Pacific Northwest by exploring new trails with her dog or going up to the local mountains to ski in the winter.
