A wonderful subject to write on. Thank you for this advice, although, now, for some strange reason, I’ve been cooking more Taiwanese food. That’s not really gonna help my Japanese. But my belly’s thankful. :D

Just a quick correction: under “fermented” the first 発行 should be read like the second one 発酵

I also do it ( don’t worry about being crazy though ^^) I also did it with German when I took that at University. I did run across a similar idea in one of my communications classes, but they called it something different ( probably because it was not a true linguistics class) but there was an article here not too long ago that used the phrase but for some reason I could not quite picture how to do it.
