The others are flexible, but maybe we run into more negatives because we have more to say about things people didn’t do than what people did do. 99% of the すら examples I found were the ‘even’ or ‘didn’t even’ sense, and did not have a conditional (～ば）with the phrase, the way さえ often does. Just some observations.
