It says in the very first line that it’s from 充実 (i.e nothing to do with 柔術). Surely the first step to all research is to consult Wikipedia. Not exactly sure where the writer thought the 充 came from haha.

Also, I’m from the UK and I’ve never used or even seen anyone else use the acronym LML.
