Wouldn't a rolled up piece of paper still fall under 枚 because it's natural state is a flat sheet? Like, posters can be sold rolled up, but still called x 枚, right? But, a scroll would fall under 本? I'm not sure about this, but this is what I would assume.... >.>

The internship sounds like the things I dream about at night. Maybe after I get further along in my CS degree... Good luck to all those Tofugians who apply!

I think having real life in-person internships is AWESOME. However, I do wish there was still a remote/virtual internship option too... Sad day!

I gotta be honest, it's a fairly dull page. And boy are some of the examples given ridiculously random. I mean, Manila clams? I'm not aware of the counter for days (日) ever being read as ひ when it's actually functioning as the counter - fairly sure it's always either か or にち.

Anyway, there's a reason most people don't try for an exhaustive list: because it's essentially impossible. However, the actual important point, which you've not covered at all, is when does one category stop and another begin? What's a small animal, and what's a big animal? Does a (say) rolled-up piece of paper get counted with 本 or does it still fall under 枚?

And the really big question, which I'm sure is weighing on everyone's mind: where do dinosaurs fall? And Gastornis? =P
