What I find hard to believe is that the two gameshow finalists, after all that other stuff, could only take about twenty minutes at twenty degrees. That’s barely even cold. I could go an hour in my skivvies at that temperature. I don’t think I could take some of the other stuff they did to get there, though.

The Japanese occupation was during my parents’ generation. When they talk about it, it’s more about the starvation and the forced work on the “Death” Railway.

Im from the Philippines. Whenever people talk about the Japanese occupation the torture of choice seemed to be water torture (dunking subject upside down into barrel of water).

I really like your posts, but I beg you: don’t use so many complicated English words. I can’t even read one of your posts without checking Google Translate all the time. Your vocabulary may be a little too complicated for non-native English speakers. But still: keep up the good work! :)
