A local person who was visiting encouraged us to help pile stones on her baby&#039;s pile which we did. Your explanation of the two guardian statues was very enlightening!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[From what i know, drawing parallels with chinese mythology, they are not weighing the clothes per se. Rather they are weighing how heavy are a persons sins. Theres a chinese belief that a person who enters the underworld would be asked to stand on a weighing scale and on the other scale is a feather. If a person is virtuous, the feather would be heavier.]]></description>
