This is actually also called “cinemagraph”, but it represents all the GIF images that contains a still background with only one (or a few) animated part(s). I did a few myself, in haikyo mostly (example:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/tigroumeow/6835102756/sizes/o/in/photostream/). It is quite easy to do and really fun. But I didn’t knew there were those rrrrrrrrrolling ones now :) Oh by the way, don’t forget to put the source of those images :p That would be great to have (as I would like to see their original website or post).
