Heh, Colbert had a mini-rant about it yesterday apparently. It’s good it’s not a Japanese thing though since I’d say as a whole they’re still figuring out the hotdog. Japanese hot dogs are something between salami and a slim jim unless you find a Freshness Burger.

Damn, I don’t have a kayak… but there’s an Uwajimaya about 20min away, and they seem to have a lot of the more unusual imported snackage… Maybe I should’ve checked when I was at the Seattle Sakura Matsuri yesterday?
