Hot… Err… Cold Japanese Underwear

Sometimes (well, often times), you look at the Japanese culture and think “gosh, Japan is really weird.” This is probably one of those times. Then again, what’s so weird about wanting refrigerated panties every once in a while, especially with the kinds of summers Japan tends to get?

    I am not a specialist, but… cold can contracts the dartos muscle, and the cremasteric muscles. This can predispose the person to testicular torsion. On the other hand, scrotal hypothermia has shown some favorable results for men with low sperm count. You can tweak the …err, “settings” I guess, to achieve an optimal temperature of 2C. Not too cold as to induce atrophy. Hehehe.
