More Ways to Connect with Tofugu

With procrastination comes a lot of progress (totally doesn’t make sense, but this is how I got through school). While I fool about not blogging about things, I find other stuff to do. Like, for example, creating a Facebook profile (sorry, still hate MySpace), or dinkin’ about on Twitter. I just thought I’d share all the different ways we can connect, and be chillin’ like Bob Dylan.
Yep, I’m on Facebook now. Really fun stuff, and I want to be your bestest Facebook friend ever in the whole wide world. Just add me and I’ll add you right back. Looking forward to stalking you soon! And if anyone dares poke me, be prepared to not receive one in return.
If you’re not on the Twitter gravy-train, now’s the time to get on! Twitter’s on ther verge of becoming really mainstream, and quite possibly the most addicting thing I do throughout the day. If you want to know what I’m doing, classes I’m teaching, what I’m thinking, or get all the funny links of puppy dogs doing jump-rope, come on over! You can also follow my personal account @boxtofu, and the @eduFire account (which will tell you about free classes going on, including Japanese).

I’ve been spending a lot of time over at eduFire the last few months, teaching things like Japanese, Twitter for Business, Blogging from Scratch to Success (starting tomorrow!), and more. Japanese classes are still free, and I’m starting up another set of complete beginner’s classes starting next week, and continuing the last one, should you be interested. It’s all live via video, and totally awesome / futuristic. You can find these classes (and more) on the classes page (or the Japanese Classes page).

I think most of you know the existence of our YouTube channel. Just in case you don’t, it exists, but you’re much better off hanging about here, since they all get posted here as soon as they’re made. Those YouTubers don’t know what they’re missing (not much, ha!)
Steam (Zombies!)
Alright, I’ll admit it. I’m a huge geek, and have a soft spot for zombies. Occasionally I’ll jump on the ol’ PC and play me some Left4Dead (that and play Starcraft). You can join the Tofugu Steam group to get in on some Terran-Protoss-Zerg love triangle action, if you catch me at the right time. If you message me via Steam, there’s a pretty high likelihood I won’t be available to answer, so if you want to get ahold of me try Facebook or e-mail, those work pretty good.
Imagine that, I still use e-mail. Feels so old fashioned! Well, you can send me a message by e-mailing me directly, or by using the Tofugu Contact Form.
Anyways, if you’re still reading, there’s one last way to connect… still working on this, and not really opening it up, but if you want to dink around with other dink-arounders (i.e. my Japanese students) you can.
