The little collection bottle IS their mouth and they just spit out the mucous. Eagh.. Nasty. My mother never did that!

The little container is where the mucus goes, not in the mouth of the mom or whoever sucks the other end of the pipe! There is nothing gross about helping a little child breathe. The mom will do a sucking motion but it creates a force to take out the mucus and that mucus goes to the container, NOT to the mom! You don’t know how helpful this product is – I have sent this to my friends abroad because this is only available in Japan. They are so grateful for this invention!

She puts her mouth over her baby’s nose and sucks out the congestion directly then spits it out. Just the thought of it grosses me out, but she said nothing else worked. She is a very dedicated mom!
