My Pokemanz, Let Me Show You Them

The title’s not so clever, I know, but there’s really no need to be witty, here—the picture says it all. Now, I know everyone and their mother has seen this, but I just have to say, this may be the absolute worse placement of an opening/entrance in inflatable bouncer history:

Pikachu Pulls a Britney

How could anyone have thought that this was a good idea? Couldn’t they have made a regular-looking doorway instead of a flap that needs to be held open by two people? I’m really not trying to be crude, here, but I’m just so mind-boggled by this decision. What do you guys think?

    Well it is a bounce designed for children, so unless a parent decided to suddenly fill their child’s mind with perverted nonsense a kid would otherwise be oblivious. In any case, it is probably the cheapest way to manufacture such an object. I suppose that japan was counting on Americans being a little more mature. It is a shame you guys had to prove them wrong.

    Sorry, but you seem to have missed the bit about the source of this snark. It’s a Japanese blog. If you scroll down a bit, you’ll see that many of the very Japanese commenters are also laughing (or “w”ing, as the case may be) their immature little butts off right along with me. I may not be right, yes, but at least I have company.

I don’t think anyone (at least me) will dispute the cost saving measures of the design, nor the inability of a child to process the sexual connotations of the opening. Whats wrong joking about it as mature individuals? Personally, I don’t see a huge problem with the position of the opening. But, internet must be serious business. I’m sorry we proved YOUR expectations wrong.

    Anyway, my Japanese friends found it amusing (They were the ones that first mentioned it).

    I saw this picture on another blog that wasn't so nice with the description. This type of stuff is pretty common here though. Most people here probably wouldn't have even thought about it unless mentioned.
